S’hi analitza el seu primer llibre publicat, l’assaig d’estil autobiogràfic Jo també sóc catalana, examinant la concepció que expressa del fenomen migratori des d’una perspectiva lingu?ística, cultural i de gènere, i comparant aquest cas amb el d’altres escriptors i, especialment, escriptores pertanyents a l’anomenada literatura francòfona magribina.
