Immunological changes caused by infection with Toxoplasma gondii parasite women patients in Samarra city
View through CrossRef
Toxoplasma is a common disease caused by the T. gondii parasite with global reach and poses high risks to community health. This study included collecting 100 samples from patients with type 2 diabetes and 50 samples from healthy women without the disease, whose ages ranged between (50-25) years. The Enzyme _ Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) method was used to diagnose the infection. The results of the current study showed that infection with toxoplasmosis leads to a significant increase in the level of IgM concentration when compared to the control group with the groups (Toxo - diabetes - Toxo + diabetes) as the values reached (47.09 - 49.54 - 51.45) respectively, and with regard to IgG, it did not show a significant difference. For the groups (Toxo - diabetes) when compared to the control group, it reached (16.48 - 18.08), while the Toxo - diabetes group differed significantly with the control group, reaching (24.02). Regarding cellular kinematics, IL1 differed significantly for the groups (Toxo - diabetes - Toxo + diabetes) when compared with the control group, reaching (44.04 - 59.42 - 61.36), respectively. Also, the IL2 cellular engine differed significantly for the (Toxo - diabetes groups as it reached (330.1 - 310) when compared with the control group, while it did not record a significant difference for the (Toxo + diabetes) group as it reached (363.6) when compared with the control group.

The results of the current study showed that infection with toxoplasmosis leads to a significant increase in the level of IgM concentration when compared to the control group with the groups (Toxo - diabetes - Toxo + diabetes) as the values reached (47.
09 - 49.

45) respectively, and with regard to IgG, it did not show a significant difference.
For the groups (Toxo - diabetes) when compared to the control group, it reached (16.
48 - 18.
08), while the Toxo - diabetes group differed significantly with the control group, reaching (24.
02).
Regarding cellular kinematics, IL1 differed significantly for the groups (Toxo - diabetes - Toxo + diabetes) when compared with the control group, reaching (44.
04 - 59.
42 - 61.
36), respectively.
Also, the IL2 cellular engine differed significantly for the (Toxo - diabetes groups as it reached (330.
1 - 310) when compared with the control group, while it did not record a significant difference for the (Toxo + diabetes) group as it reached (363.
6) when compared with the control group.
