What is Vietnam's landscape of patentability of medical use inventions from a theoretical and practical stance? The patentability of medical use inventions is a controversial matter not only in Vietnam but in most jurisdictions. As in some other countries, Vietnam currently excludes the patentability of new uses of known substances.
