THE LITERARY GROUP «THE SERAPION BROTHERS» IN THE COMPREHENSION OF K. A. FEDIN

The article is devoted to the study of K. A. Fedin’s attitude to the literary group “The Serapion Brothers”, of which he was a member. Ego-documents from the writer’s archive ‒ diaries and letters of 1921‒1966, including those not published earlier ‒ are involved in the analysis. The questions related to the assessment of the influence of the Serapions on Fedin’s work, as well as his perception of key moments in the history of the brotherhood are considered.
