PRUNE DVARF VIRUSNI GILOS O‘SIMLIGI BARGINING PIGMENT MIQDORIGA TA’SIRINI ANIQLASH

Xlorofill o‘simlik hujayrasidagi eng muhim organoidlardan biridir. Virusli infeksiyalar hujayra ichi infeksiyalari hisoblanib, asosan o‘simlik hujayrasida fotosintetik apparat hisoblangan xlorofill miqdorining miqdorini kamayishiga olib keladi. Olxo‘ri pakanaligi virusi (Prune dvarf virus - PDV) ham ana shunday o‘simlikning morfo-fiziologik jarayonlariga salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatadi va unda barg pigmentlarining yemrilishiga sabab bo‘ladi. Ushbu maqolada PDV bilan turli darajada kasallangan Prunus avium o‘simligi barglaridagi pigment miqdoriga ta’siri o‘rgnilgan bo‘lib, tadqiqotlar natijasida virusli infeksiya bilan kasallanish darajasi ortgan sayin, o‘simlik bargidagi pigment, ayniqsa, xlorofill “a” pigmentining miqdori nazoratga (25,642 mg/ml) nisbatan kuchsiz zararlanishda 1,5 marta (16,457 mg/l), oʻrtacha zararlanishda 2,2 marta (11,386 mg/l), kuchli zararlanishda esa 2,8 marta (9,073 mg/l) kamayib borishi aniqlandi.
