Bedah Caesar Menurut Dawabit Al-Maslahah Muhammad Said Ramadan Al-Buti

Abstract: One of the new phenomena that is influenced by the development of the age and technology that has been more advanced is the process of giving birth by Caesarean section. Caesarean section clearly has a positive effect (benefit) and negative effects (mafsadat). In relation to this, what if examined from the standpoint of Islamic law, especially the view of the maslahat Ramadan al-Buti, which he is one of the clerical figure who cares about new issues and who give criteria or limits on a maslahat (dawabit)). Therefore, this study aims to answer the problem: How is C-section in Medical Review? and How to analyze dawabit maslahah Muhamad Said Ramadan al-Buti against the use of C-section in the medical world ?. To answer these two problems, then in this study the authors chose to use qualitative research, the use of qualitative methods is aimed for the data obtained more complete, more depth and credible.Temporary findings in the medical review Cesareans clearly have a positive effect and negative effects, as well as maternal mothers perform caesarean section with a variety of motives and purposes, some are forced, there is to maintain the beauty of the body and there is also a limit to the descent. Through dawabit al-maslahah al-Buti will be studied the law of caesarean section by looking at how the restriction of maslahah contained in the caesarean section in the medical world through consideration of the positive effects and negative effects of caesarean section and the purpose of doing the cesarean section.Keywords: al-maslahah, cesarean section. Abstrak: Salah satu fenomena baru yang dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan zaman dan teknologi  yang sudah semakin maju adalah proses melahirkan dengan bedah Caesar. Bedah Caesar jelas memiliki efek positif (manfaat) dan efek negatif (mafsadat) apabila dikaji dari sudut pandang hukum Islam, terutama pandangan maslahatnya Ramadan al-Buti, yang mana beliau adalah salah satu sosok ulama yang peduli terhadap persoalan-persoalan baru dan yang memberi kriteria atau batasan terhadap sebuah kemaslahatan (dawabit}). Karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab permasalahan: Bagaimana bedah Caesar dalam Tinjauan Medis? dan Bagaimana analisis dawabit maslahah Muhamad Said Ramadan al-Buti terhadap penggunaan bedah Caesar dalam dunia Medis? Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, penggunaan metode kualitatif ini bertujuan agar data yang diperoleh lebih lengkap, lebih mendalam dan kredibel. Temuan sementara dalam tinjauan medis Bedah caesar jelas memiliki efek positif dan efek negatif, demikian juga ibu melahirkan melakukan bedah caesar dengan berbagai motif dan tujuan, ada yang terpaksa, ada yang demi mempertahankan kecantikan tubuh dan ada juga yang demi membatasi keturunan. Melalui dawabit al-maslahah al-Buti akan dikaji hukum bedah caesar dengan melihat bagaimana pembatasan dari maslahah yang dikandung dalam bedah caesar dalam dunia medis melalui pertimbangan efek positif dan efek negatif dari bedah caesar serta tujuan dilakukanya bedah caesar itu sendiriKata kunci: al-Maslahah, Operasi Cesar.
