IMPLEMENTASI HOSPITALITAS DALAM KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DI ERA DIGITAL

This paper describes hospitality in transformational leadership that excels in this digital era. When connected using global leadership in this digital era, the hospitality of a current leader is indispensable for the progress of the organization he leads. Leaders must be able to shape their hospitality in keeping up with increasingly rapid technological advances in this digital era. Hospitality should be a very crucial value in the life of a leader, but as time goes by and enters the digital era, hospitality has become a forgotten value in a leader. Through this hospitality is a way for a leader to express God's hospitality to Jesus Christ in this world's era. The importance of hospitality behavior to be implemented by a leader in carrying out their duties. Things like this need to be applied to the cultural context, especially to a church and people. With the hospitality that a leader has either in church leaders or in people's leaders, it is easy to attract all members or the people to be close to him. If hospitality has been applied to a people or church, it is easy to open space for people who are still closed and who are still concerned with worldly things. Leaders will encourage partners to want to join in creating a better people. In the current millennial era, technology cannot be separated from technology, technology will continue to develop so it takes a leader who can be used as an example because Christian leaders are able to bring change for the better, more beneficial to God and others, because leaders are agents of change, who bring generations to come. understand new literacy and not blind to technology. The purpose of this research is to find out what hospitality, leadership, millennial generation is and what is the role of leaders for the millennial generation.
