Krivičnopravni aspekt delovanja satanističkih sekti

Satanic sects are dangerous groups, whose activities have negative impact and that are threat to whole society, primarily to it’s basic cell, the family. Base of the analisis of the criminal behaviour of members of the mentioned cults are teachings of Alistair Crowley and Anton LaWay. The theme of this work is focused on activities of satanic sects, primarily on beginnings in the world and their formation in Serbia, legitimacy and legality and the criminal acts committed by members of mentioned organisations. The last part is dedicated to the activities of Fasper, umbrella organization of all that oppose sectarian activities and help victims and comparative-legal analysis of opposition to sectarian activity in various national legal systems. Considering the sparse jurisprudence related to the sectarian activity in Serbia, most of the work is reduced to theoretical processing of cases without a specific court epilogue in the form of final verdicts.
