In front is Pitt in the Windsor uniform,/ Dundas holds him by the arm; the cloud-wig is the Chancellor/ Loughborough; the fat man in the middle is Lord Grenville/ in the Lords' regalia; then one sees Lord Spencer./ Sheridan as butcher; Tierney as shoemaker; H. Tyrwhit Jones looks on behind, the blind one is Nichol; Duke/ of Bedford as jockey. Jeckyll as Advocate but with the/ Duke of Norfolk, Sir Fr. Burdett. Insignia of a sweeper, a broom and a shovel.
