Ludowicus Rode confirms, as a notary of the Strasbourg bishopric, that Laurentius Hell, Licentiate of the Decrees, Dean of the Jung St. Peter’s Abbey in Strasbourg, Judge and legal forerunner of the Bishop of Strasbourg for the Selz Abbey and the legal forerunner of the Lambrecht Monastery, a comparison between Cristmannus Heidelberger, priest of the church in Freckenfeld, the Eudothal Monastery and the Lambrecht Monastery The pastor had initially sued against the two spiritual institutions in Speyer because of the powers of the monasteries. The monasteries then moved to the Mainz court and then to Laurentius Hell. In this comparison, Cristmannus Heidelberger renounces his claims, while the two monasteries pay a refund of 12 guilders.
