The monograph is devoted to the analysis of the mechanism of public legal regulation of migration in the Russian Federation: the study of the role of the modern Russian state in regulating migration, the determinants of migration management in the Russian Federation, as well as the specifics of legal responsibility in the field of migration and innovative approaches to ensuring migration law and order.
The work can be used in the educational process of legal education organizations in the academic disciplines "Administrative Law", "Administrative activities of internal affairs bodies" and "State foundations of migration and migration processes".
