Zabezpečovacie opatrenia podľa civilného sporového poriadku

In the article entitled Safeguard Measures under the Civil Litigation Code, the author analyzes the issue of the institute of safeguard measures ordered by the court. The aim of this article is to deal in detail with the establishment and creation, cancellation and termination of safeguard measures. The article pays attention to the purpose and assumptions of the order of safeguard measures introduced into the Civil Litigation Code because the previous legislation on interim measures under the Civil Procedure Code did not allow the establishment of a lien to secure a creditor’s monetary claim.
