The monograph contains the axiomatic theoretical foundations of the work of intelligence, including artificial intelligence. Access to understanding the workings of intelligence is possible either through behavior analysis or through language. Here an attempt is made to mathematically combine both approaches and on this basis explain some phenomena of thinking and language, starting from a special kind of world model underlying the behavior of cognizing consciousness (artificial or natural). It also allows us to show how tasks traditionally considered to be tasks of artificial intelligence arise, to determine their properties and ways of solving them. For students, postgraduates and teachers of technical universities and faculties, as well as a wide range of readers interested in artificial intelligence.
