In this research described about the communication systems at Radio Base Station femto cell. The Radio-base-station femto cell was placed with a height that variation. Frequency was used 10 GHz. Propagation mechanism was influenced by attenuation atmospheric that are water vapor and oxygen. The analysis was performed with some variations. These variation that were height for placed radio base station femto cell and code rate from signal-to-interference-plus-noise-ratio.The height variation from radio base station femto cell that used ware 6 meter, 8 meter, and 10 meter. The code rate variation was used for signal-to-interference-plus-noise-ratio threshold 16 QAM that ware 1/2, 2/3, 3/4, dan 4/5. The code rate variation was used for untuk signal-to-interference-plus-noise-ratio threshold 64 QAM that ware 2/3, 3/4, and 4/5. As a result from placed radio-base-station femto cell that was more low of placed location, so percentage of coverage area communication become more high. More increase of value code rate was used from signal-to-interference-plus-noise-ratio threshold 16 QAM and 64 QAM variation was shown percentage value from coverage area communication become more decrease.
