The goal of the current clinical observation was to assess the effectiveness of Ayurvedic treatment in these situa-tions. For four weeks, a mixture of medications was used to treat patients who complained of backache, vaginal discharge, and vaginal itching. Yoni Dhavana (vaginal wash) with Triphala Kwatha and oral administration of Ayurvedic medications were part of the treatment plan. All patients showed a noticeable improvement following the course of treatment. There was a noticeable decrease in symptoms like backache, itching, and profuse dis-charge. These results suggest that a safe, effective, and comprehensive method for managing Shweta Pradara (leucorrhoea) is to employ Pushyanug Churna, Chandraprabha vati, Cap Pentaphyte, and Triphala Kwatha in combination.
