In this paper, the author discusses the nature of school safety. He reminds of Maslow's pyramid, which attributes the importance of safety for the creative activity of man. School safety is a significant phenomenon, it involves many aspects and therefore it is as if hidden to observers and teachers alike. Its impact is not only on the educational side, but also greatly affects and influences the learning activities of the pupils. The truth is that the situation in society has changed fundamentally in recent decades, which also affects the younger generation. Therefore, safety issues are also becoming increasingly communicated in society, not just in professional circles. After emphasizing the above, in this paper the author reflects on the possibilities of improving the safety of schools by influencing the students. He points out that there are so many methods of action that they are basically too many to count. The paper stresses that there is no need to expand the range of educational methods, but above all to keep in mind the creation of good schools, that is, schools in which pupils and teachers are one community that cares about a high quality of life for the good of everyone.
