Les jeunes sans emploi et sans domicile sont généralement aussi sans voix dans le débat public. Cette enquête ethnographique se place dans la situation des plus précaires et, fondée sur une sociologie de la rupture, interrogée depuis cette place les politiques publiques. Elle distingue dans cette population au moins trois rapports très différents à l’emploi, appelant à des accompagnements et des écoutes qui, pour être efficaces, doivent être différenciés pour ces trois catégories.
