Spatio-Temporal Analysis of Travel Speed for Urban Streets

ان التحليل المرئي للخصائص المرورية لإيجاد السرعة المرورية في الشوارع الحضرية يساعد مهندسي المروري في إدارة حركة المرور والتوقع السريع لمناطق الزحام المروري. تم إختيار 3 أقسام لطريق رئيسي مع 8 روابط محلية في شارع فلسطين –مدينة بغداد كمنطقة دراسة للتحري عن توزيع معدل سرعة النقل. شبكة الطرق تتضمن المقاطع من تقاطع الموال الى تقاطع النخلة (الوصلة 1) والمقطع من تقاطع النخلة الى تقاطع الصخرة (الوصلة 2) والمقطع من تقاطع الصخرة الى تقاطع بيروت (الوصلة 3). تتراوح فترة الزحام المرورية بين 12-1 مساءا ومن 5-7 مساءا للوصلة 1 وبسرعة تتراوح بين 34 -35 كم/ساعة وتميل الى ان تصبح اكثر زحاما في الوصلة 3 وبسرعة تصل الى 29 كم/ساعة. يعتبر الوصلة 2 منطقة زحام متوسط. إن التوزيع المكاني للزحام المروري في الوصلة 1 و3 حيث يعتبران جزئين من طريق رئيسي وموزع للرحلات المنجذبة والمتولدة في المناطق المحيطة بشارع فلسطين. إن طريقة التحليل المرئي تعتمد على البيانات الحقلية لعكس واقع حال الظروف المرورية وسرعة النقل وتحديد الخصائص المرورية زمانيا ومكانيا حيث تعتبر جزء مكمل لفهم التشغيل المروري.
