Footless moiré skirt with front panel veiling fan plissé of crepe. Fabric ruffle around lower edge of skirt. Crepe blouse with bodice belt of moiré ribbon and rich lace ornaments, which also form the paniers and extend sash-like on the skirt. Chrysanthemums for waist and hair.
