This study provides a comprehensive analysis of the developments, ethical considerations, and future prospects of brain-computer interfaces (BCIs) in the United States. Employing a systematic literature review and content analysis methodology, the study analyzed peer-reviewed articles, government reports, and industry analyses published between 2015 and 2023.
