The connotation of the patriotic spirit of scientists mainly includes four aspects: Concerned about the strength and the revitalization of the nation, which is the soul of the patriotic spirit of scientists. Subjecting to the needs of the country, which is the moral consciousness of scientists' patriotic spirit. Serving the country and the people with science and technology, which is the unity of patriotic emotion, goal and behavior of scientists. Having an international vision and mind, which is the unification of the patriotic spirit of scientists and the trend of globalization.
