Pengaruh Teacher Self Efficacy terhadap Burnout pada Guru Non-ASN SDN Kota Bandung

Abstract. Teachers are required to follow developments in science, technology and comply with applicable regulations. Every teacher at any level of education Different ones have their own challenges. The burden that non-primary elementary school teachers have ASN (Honorary) is the same as ASN teachers, but non-ASN teachers get benefits which is smaller than the benefits for ASN teachers. Teacher self-efficacy is one of the variables that influences teachers when teaching. Teacher Self-Efficacy is the belief that educators have the power to influence student learning outcomes. Stability of teacher performance in the classroom to a large extent depending on their teacher's level of self-efficacy; fatigue will occur by lack of self-confidence. Burnout is a psychological and physical result serious from excessive stress levels at work. The purpose of this research is to find out how teacher self-efficacy affects burnout non-ASN teachers. Bandung City non-ASN elementary school teachers were used as subjects The study numbered 150 people. This research uses quantitative techniques causality based on simple linear regression analysis. Instruments that used was the Sense of Teacher Efficacy Scale by Tschannen-Moran & Woolfolk (2001) and Maslach Burnout Inventory by Maslach & Jackson (1981) and has been adapted by Palupi & Pandjaitan (2022). Results of this research shows that teacher self-efficacy has a significant influence against burnout of 37.9%. Abstrak. Guru dituntut untuk mengikuti perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi dan patuh terhadap aturan yang berlaku. Setiap guru pada jenjang Pendidikan yang berbeda memiliki tantangannya masing-masing. Beban yang dimiliki guru SD Non- ASN (Honorer) sama dengan guru ASN, tetapi guru Non-ASN mendapatkan benefit yang lebih kecil di banding benefit pada guru ASN. Teacher self efficacy merupakan salah satu variabel yang mempengaruhi guru ketika sedang mengajar. Teacher Self-Efficacy merupakan keyakinan bahwa pendidik mempunyai kekuatan untuk mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa. Stabilitas kinerja guru di kelas sebagian besar bergantung pada tingkat teacher self efficacy mereka; kelelahan akan diakibatkan oleh kurangnya rasa percaya diri. Burnout adalah akibat psikologis dan fisik yang serius dari tingkat stres yang berlebihan di tempat kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana teacher self efficacy mempengaruhi burnout guru non-ASN. Guru SDN non-ASN Kota Bandung yang dijadikan subjek penelitian berjumlah 150 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kuantitatif kausalitas berdasarkan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Teacher Sense of Efficacy Scale oleh Tschannen-Moran & Woolfolk (2001) dan Maslach Burnout Inventory oleh Maslach & Jackson (1981) dan telah diadaptasi oleh Palupi & Pandjaitan (2022). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa teacher self efficacy memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap burnout sebesar 37,9%.
