Monografia “Institucionet përfaqësuese në Shqipëri (1920-1924)”,trajton tërësinë e institucioneve përfaqësuese të shtetit shqiptar nëperiudhën e marrë në studim. Çështje të caktuara të kësaj teme janëtrajtuar më parë nga autorë vendës dhe të huaj, por studimi i tyre ështëbërë në këndvështrime të ndryshme, shpeshherë edhe me analiza klasoree ideologjike, e për rrjedhojë përfundimet e nxjerra prej tyre do të ishin tëmangëta dhe larg së vërtetës historike. Analiza e formimit dhe efunksionimit të institucioneve në këtë studim është bërë në përputhje mekuadrin historik të kohës, në lidhje të ngushtë edhe me zhvillimetpolitike, ekonomike, fetare, arsimore etj.
