NOVI KORISNIČKI INTERFEJS APLIKACIJE ZA DISPEČERSKE TOKOVE SNAGA

View through CrossRef
The VIEW4 SCADA/EMS system is a basic operational management tool in RDC Belgrade and RDC Novi Sad. It is also planned to introduce the system into operational use in other regional dispatch centers (Bor, Kruševac and Valjevo) as well as in the National reserve dispatch center. Additionally, the system serves as a backup tool for operational management and planning in the National dispatch center. Within the EMS (Energy Management System) subsystem, there is Dispatcher Power Flow application, which allows dispatchers to check the security of the power system in the case of planned or unplanned management actions, including disruptions in the transmission system. During the use of this application, it was concluded that implementing a series of improvements in the user interface would be useful to increase its intuitiveness and clarity of presentation of calculation results. According to the analysis of user requirements, it is necessary to create a completely new user interface for the application and integrate it into the existing HMI (Human-Machine Interface) of the VIEW4 SCADA/EMS system. This paper provides a functional description of Dispatcher Power Flow application and presents the realized graphic displays. Furthermore, the paper discusses plans for the application's further development.
