Interview met Edwin de Jong, Sam Heslinga en Linze Schaap, Noordelijke Rekenkamer
Jaarlijks reikt de Vereniging van Rekenkamers (VvR) de Goudvink uit als prijs voor het beste rekenkamerrapport. Het winnende onderzoek van de Noordelijke Rekenkamer richtte zich op de middelen die de provincie heeft om het gebruik van gewasbeschermingsmiddelen in de bollenteelt te minimaliseren. De hoofdconclusie van de rekenkamer luidt dat doordat de provincie nagenoeg onbeperkt ruimte biedt aan bollenteelt, in Drenthe de belangen van telers in de praktijk zwaarder wegen dan het belang van een gezonde en veilige leefomgeving voor mens, plant en dier. Het onderzoek werd uitgevoerd door Edwin de Jong, Sam Heslinga (met medewerking van stagiaire Mieke Burger). Beleidsonderzoek Online sprak met de eerste twee en secretaris-directeur Linze Schaap over hun prijswinnende onderzoek.
