DEVELOPMENT OF INFORMATION RELATIONS BASED ON ECONOMIC INTEGRATION IN THE EAEU

The article discusses the issues of information relations in the EAEU, taking into account the identification of problems in the information field of development at the level of this integration association.Currently, the EAEU is an important association for building economic relations between the participating countries, where subjects of law should have more opportunities to fulfill their needs, and economic relations should correspond to modern global digital processes. A strong management policy and a unified view will strengthen the EAEU, while information relations will become key in the sphere of economic activity of the participating countries.The purpose of the work is, on the basis of legal and economic analysis in the study of the features of the implementation of information relations in the EAEU, to propose ways to improve new legal, economic, management decisions Using legal and economic analysis, to assess the current work of state bodies in the EAEU countries and propose further ways of sustainable economic development in the information sphere in the near future, in connection with the spread of negative crisis phenomena in the world economy.The Treaty on the EAEU establishes the information interaction of all integration processes, but the impact of rapid changes in global trends on the development of information infrastructure, the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, the influence of internal political processes in the EAEU countries offers new ways and opportunities to improve the integration policy in the field of information relations. This direction is becoming more relevant and introduces new requirements for information relations in the EAEU countries.The development of legal and economic opportunities, taking into account trade relations actively using the Internet environment, ensures the economic viability of production on the territory of the EAEU, including raising funds to support companies and developing elements of digital trade. The creation of electronic trading platforms, the introduction of electronic services, the development of information infrastructure contributes to the broad development of information relations in the field of digital integration of the participating countries and closer economic interaction.Research and analysis of measures for the development of information relations that can lead to the improvement of the information exchange system when building a common information infrastructure in the EAEU, in legal and economic areas becomes relevant and stimulates digital processes in these countries and helps to develop the economy.
