PEMBERDAYAAN POTENSI MASYARAKAT DESA SUKAMANTRI KABUPATEN TANGERANG DALAM BIDANG PENDIDIKAN DAN EKONOMI ISLAM ERA 5.0 MELALUI PRODUKSI DAN PEMASARAN PASTEL MINI DAN SOMAY IKAN TUNA

Sukamantri Village has great potential in the field of education and economics which can be developed through a community-based approach. The purpose of this community service is to empower the potential of the community in Sukamantri Village in the field of education and Islamic economics in the 5.0 era by improving production and marketing skills of local products, namely mini pastel and tuna fish somay. The implementation of this activity was carried out directly in Sukamantri Village, Pasar Kemis District, Tangerang Regency on July 28 – September 7, 2024. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR) with a community-based empowerment approach. The results of the study show that there is an increase in production capacity, an increase in income, and an increase in knowledge about the principles of Islamic economics and product marketing through the use of technology and internet media. In conclusion, community-based empowerment through the PAR approach is effective in improving the welfare of village communities in the era of digital technology. This activity succeeded in improving the economic welfare and education of the people of Sukamantri Village which is sustainable from the production and marketing of mini pastel and tuna fish somay.
