AbstractDurch anodische Oxidation in Acetonitril in Gegenwart von Ag‐nitrit werden Anthracen (in 9‐Stellung), 1,2‐ , 1,3‐ und 1,4‐Di‐ sowie 1,2,3‐Trimethoxy‐benzol, N,N‐Dimethylanilin (in 4‐Stellung), 1,1‐Diphenyl‐äthylen (in 2‐Stellung) und 4‐Methoxy‐styrol (in β‐Stellung) einfach nitriert, während 2‐Phenyl‐propen neben dem l‐Nitro‐Derivat als Hauptprodukt 1‐Nitro‐2‐phenyl‐propanol‐(2) gibt und trans‐Stilben in ein Gemisch von 1,2‐Diphenyl‐1,Z‐dinitrato‐äthan und ‐2‐nitrato‐äthan01 sowie ein Kondensationsprodukt des letzteren mit Acetamid übergeht.
