GREEN INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL DAN KEUNGGULAN KOMPETITIF PADA COFFEE SHOP DI KOTA DENPASAR

ABSTRACT
Company must have a competitive advantage to dominate in increasingly tight business competition. Competitive advantage is the ability to compete through better company characteristics, culture, resources and performance compared to other companies or competitors. By having high competitiveness, the company will be able to survive in any situation and still get its own target market, even bigger than its competitors. The purpose of this study is to prove empirically that green intellectual capital which consists of green human capital, green structural capital and green relational capital influences the competitive advantage of coffee shops in Denpasar City. The sample in this study was 92 coffee shop managers spread throughout Denpasar City, so that the results obtained were that all hypotheses in this study were proven that green human capital, green structural capital and green relational capital had a positive and significant influence on the competitive advantage of coffee shops in Denpasar City. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that by implementing optimal green intelligence for each business entity, besides being able to achieve profits and competitive advantages in extending the life of the business, business people also participate in protecting the environment and nature.

ABSTRAK
Setiap perusahaan harus memiliki keunggulan kompetitif agar dapat mendominasi dalam persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat. Keunggulan kompetitif adalah kemampuan dalam bersaing melalui karakteristik, budaya, sumber daya, dan kinerja perusahaan yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan perusahaan lain atau kompetitor. Dengan memiliki daya saing yang tinggi, perusahaan akan mampu bertahan dalam situasi apa pun dan tetap mendapatkan target pasarnya sendiri, bahkan lebih besar dari kompetitor. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuktikan secara empiris bahwa green intellectual capital yang terdiri dari green human capital, green structural capital dan green relational capital mempengaruhi keunggulan kompetitif coffee shop di Kota Denpasar. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 92 pengelola coffee shop yang tersebar di seluruh Kota Denpasar, sehingga diperoleh hasil bahwa seluruh hipotesis dalam penelitian ini terbukti bahwa green human capital, green structural capital dan green relational capital memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan kompetitif coffee shop di Kota Denpasar. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan penerapan green intellectual capital yang optimal dari tiap entitas bisnis selain dapat mencapai profit dan keunggulan kompetitif dalam memperpanjang usia usaha, para pebisnis juga turut serta dalam menjaga lingkungan dan alam.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuktikan secara empiris bahwa green intellectual capital yang terdiri dari green human capital, green structural capital dan green relational capital mempengaruhi keunggulan kompetitif coffee shop di Kota Denpasar.
Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 92 pengelola coffee shop yang tersebar di seluruh Kota Denpasar, sehingga diperoleh hasil bahwa seluruh hipotesis dalam penelitian ini terbukti bahwa green human capital, green structural capital dan green relational capital memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan kompetitif coffee shop di Kota Denpasar.
Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan penerapan green intellectual capital yang optimal dari tiap entitas bisnis selain dapat mencapai profit dan keunggulan kompetitif dalam memperpanjang usia usaha, para pebisnis juga turut serta dalam menjaga lingkungan dan alam.
