A small nourished tafla is Miss Elise Bergman’s birch grove. It is an appealing authentic Swedish landscape, with the small cottage and the paddock, such a place der it can make a city nest good in the body to get a stag out for a while. A canvas with a motif from Skåne - a farm with storks on the roof - looks almost more Dutch or Danish. The colour tone of this as well as yet another prostrate landscape image of Miss Bergman is bleak and ineffective, hvarjemte at the turbid water collections (or hvad?) repoisoning on the canvas the painter seemingly hafva divorced at work somewhat hasty. Ms. Bergman, except the catalogue, exhibits a picture from Hasselbacken in Uddevalla, freshly coloured, but a crumb awkward. Particularly, the dark red bush is doing well against the green bottom paint.
