Az ELTE ÁJK Polgári Jogi Tanszéke 2024. november 26. napján rendezte meg a Harmathy Attila professzor úr munkásságának emléket állító Attila Harmathy Memorial Lecture rendezvénysorozat második előadását. Az előadó a hamburgi Max Planck Összehasonlító és Nemzetközi Magánjogi Intézet nyugalmazott vezetője, Prof. Reinhard Zimmermann volt, aki az öröklési jogi és a családjogi tartás témakörében tartotta meg beszédét, különös tekintettel a kötelesrész intézményére és az Intézet által kidolgozott reformjavaslatra.
