A Sínai palimpszeszt hexameteres költeménye

2021-ben Giulia Rossetto a Sínai félszigeten található Szent Katalin-kolostor egyik kódexének lapjain előzőleg letörölt, palimpszeszt szövegeket fedezett fel. E kódex két fóliójának mindkét oldalán és két töredékén egy kb. 89 sorból álló görög hexameteres költemény olvasható, amely Dionysos gyermekkorából mutat be eddig ismeretlen vagy más változatban ismert epizódokat. A hexameteres szöveg tartalmát tekintve több átfedést is mutat a császárkorra datált Orphikus Himnuszok gyűjteményével, valamint a korban valószínűleg közkézen forgó, többnyire újplatonikus idézetek alapján ismert Orphikus Rhapsódiákkal. A jelen közlésben először olvasható magyar fordításban az újonnan felfedezett szöveg, a bevezető pedig feltérképezi a költemény lehetséges irodalmi kontextusát, tárgyalja a szöveghagyományt és műfajt érintő kérdéseket, illetve a kapcsolódó értelmezési problémákat
