Analysis of the Impact of Local Governance on the Consolidation of Targeted Poverty Alleviation Effects and the Suppression of the Risk of Returning to Poverty from the Perspective of Labor Market Structure Optimization

The research aims to explore the impact of local governance on the effectiveness of targeted poverty alleviation and the risk of returning to poverty from the perspective of labor market structure optimization, and to conduct an in-depth analysis of the moderating role of occupation types and livelihood methods in this process. By adopting a systematic and detailed research design, 1) whether local governance from the perspective of labor market structure optimization has an impact on the consolidation of targeted poverty alleviation effects; 2) whether local governance from the perspective of labor market structure optimization suppresses the risk of returning to poverty; 3) From the perspective of labor market structure optimization, the impact of local governance on the consolidation of targeted poverty alleviation effects and the degree of suppression of the risk of returning to poverty; 4) The suppression mechanism of local governance on the risk of returning to poverty from the perspective of labor market structure optimization. Empirical analysis results show that local governance from the perspective of labor market structure optimization has a positive effect on consolidating the effect of targeted poverty alleviation and suppressing the risk of returning to poverty. In the process of inhibiting the risk of returning to poverty, occupation type and livelihood style play a significant regulatory role. Non-agricultural employment and non-agricultural livelihoods play a positive role in reducing the risk of returning to poverty.
