Kidnapping fo Money (Applied Jurisprudence Study
View through CrossRef
In this research, there is a clarification and legal originalization of the
phenomenon of kidnapping for money. I first defined the term
"kidnapping", then I defined the term "kidnapping for money", and
showed the most important means, methods and forms of kidnapping
and its meaning in terms of legality, then showed the legal adaptation
of the phenomenon of kidnapping, its ruling and punishment.
I have concluded that kidnapping for money is as close as possible to
the penalty of banditry, rather it is one of the contemporary forms of
the penalty of banditry, due to the availability of some of the pillars
of the penalty of banditry in it. I mentioned in the recommendations
the necessity of strictness in the punishment of those who commit the
crime of kidnapping for money and that is because of its great harm
and danger to the security of Muslims and their safety.
