Antivirus therapy in the complex treatment of preneopiastic cervix uteri diseases with chronicle HPV-infection

View through CrossRef
This research devoted to determination of the clinical efficiency of preparation allokin-alpha and panavir in the therapy of cervix uteri diseases associated with human papillomavirus (HPV).The article presents data of the complex examination of 158 patients with chronicle HPV-infection. Condition of immune suppression of 14 patients with precancer of cervix uteri and chronicle HPV-infection was studied in dynamics in complex treatment with allokin-alpha. Level of the expression of transforming growth factor (31 (TGF-(31) gene and transcription factor FOXP3 gene were determined for estimation of function condition of regulating lymphocyte (Treg). Clinical efficiency of complex treatment HPV-infection associated with different cervix uteri diseases using allokin-alpha and panavir was 91,9% and 84,7%. It was found that patients with chronicle HPV- infection characterized with certain level of immune suppression which doesn't allow effective suppress of the reproduction of the virus and manifests in increased expression of molecular markers of regulating lymphocyte-suppressors. In complex therapy patients with precancer of cervix uteri and HPV-infection using preparation allokin-alpha courses decrease of expression of inhibition cytokineTGF-(31 gene and FOXP3 gene and that performed the real opportunity using allokin-alpha for immune modulating on the level of regulating lymphocyte for increasing antivirus immune reply. Using antiviral therapy permits to prevent recurrent of papillomavirus infection of cervix uteri.
