ISSUES OF THE PLACE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN THE SPHERE OF LABOR IN THE MEMBER STATES OF THE EAEU

The scientific article examines the issues of the relationship between artificial intelligence and the labor sphere, as well as those subject to regulation in the labor sphere by analyzing it within the EAEU member states. In the event of the development of artificial intelligence in all areas, what changes will it bring to the labor sphere of the EAEU and what new changes will be made to labor legislation, shows the relevance of the scientific article.
The development of artificial intelligence systems leads to the obsolescence and disappearance of many jobs and professions, and affects the emergence of new professions. As digitalization develops, many industries will be robotized, and jobs that require physical labor may be eliminated. Therefore, among the EAEU member states, it is necessary to limit the work assigned to robots in labor legislation, regulate the preparation of labor standards that ensure their interaction with people, and regulate labor legislation.
The purpose of the scientific article is to determine the place of artificial intelligence in the sphere of labor of the EAEU member states, to study how it is implemented in law enforcement practice, and to draw the author's conclusions. At the same time, to study the place of artificial intelligence in the sphere of labor and foreign practice of its legal regulation, and also to consider the possibility of its use in the national legislation of the EAEU member states with reference to the norms of the Treaty on the EAEU. Should artificial intelligence be avoided or can a country's economy be improved by effectively using its services, using it to improve the skills of employees at national and international levels and drawing conclusions about points that can lead to effective changes in labor relations.
