The catalogue of Gniezno’s Archbishops

Manuscript of "Catalogus archiepiscoporum Gnesnensium" was written in 1531 on the order of Cracow Bishop and Deputy Chancellor of the Crown, Piotr Tomicki. It is a copy of the manuscript of Jan Długosz written in 1460-1472. It contains information about "The Archbishops of Gniezno and the Bishops of Cracow". The manuscript is richly illustrated. The illuminations were made by Stanisław Samostrzelnik, his co-wokers and imitators.
