The background consists of a blue sky, gray-brown on the top, otherwise densely covered with gray-yellow cloud cover, which passes to yellow above the mountains. The scene is lined with magenta drapery, in front of it hangs from the cornice of the golden feston. On the cornice in the middle is the imperial emblem: a black, gold-crowned eagle with golden armor and red tongues, which holds an iron sword with a golden elbow and auspices in the right joint, and a golden sphere in the left joint. On each side of the imperial emblem stands two olive green pedestals on the ledge similar to the one on which the awarded emblem is placed, but a square plan.
