The statistics highlight the specifics of the corporate culture of the enterprise. It has been established that the development of corporate culture at the enterprise is carried out by the potter. It is noted that the social worker plays an important role – he creates a supportive, open and welcoming environment that meets the needs and interests of the skin doctor. The purpose, function and function of the corporate culture of the enterprise are highlighted. The characteristics of five types of corporate culture are presented. It has been established that a successful corporate culture is a strategic asset of an enterprise, which will ensure its competitiveness and effective development among dynamic minds in the market. In todayʼs minds of globalization and competition, corporate culture is a key factor in the successful development of enterprises. It means the values, norms and traditions that flow into the interaction between employees, management style, effective communication and the social atmosphere in the organization. Corporate culture shapes the company's image, promotes stability and adaptation to change, and also plays an important role in the motivation and motivation of staff. Corporate culture is one of the foundations of the life of a company, enterprise, establishment. The values that are formed in the team allow them to be practiced harmoniously and beneficially.
