Since 2000, President Paul Kagame has led Rwanda through leadership reforms that reshaped the political, economic, and social landscape of the country. These reforms, anchored in stability, efficiency, and citizen engagement, have advanced national development while facing challenges from historical trauma, regional security threats, and geographic limitations. This article examines the political, economic, and social reforms under Kagame, highlights ongoing challenges, and concludes with the prospects for sustainable development in Rwanda.
