It has been shown that the proposed ISO 105‐C09 test, a single cycle test developed to predict the oxidative‐bleach colour fastness of dyed cotton fabrics to repeated laundering in detergents containing the widely used sodium perborate and tetraacetylethylenediamine bleach system, can be reliably extended to systems containing sodium percarbonate and a novel bleach‐activator system.
