Aliou Diack, "Lux mea lex"

View through Artsy
After his last exhibition at Art Basel in June 2022, Aliou Diack once again takes possession of the gallery space to unveil new works. In a definite artistic shift, the 'Lux mea lex' exhibition allows him to look back on his artistic career, bringing new readings, new voices to it: "Now I trust you, I can tell you things." These words, pronounced by the artist, reveal a reviously unseen horizon. Confidence, a vector of truth, becomes embedded in the material of the pieces on display.
