The economic development trend of Baishan city is comprehensively analyzed, and the corresponding development strategy is obtained according to the analysis conclusion by SWOT. SWOT analysis is a method of analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of an organization and the opportunities and threats it faces by synthesizing and summarising all aspects of the internal and external conditions of an enterprise. The strategic goal of Baishan's development is to complete the city's economic transformation and to achieve sustainable economic development in Baishan.
