Prolífica traductora y escritora, Carmela Eulate Sanjurjo (1871- 1961) fue seguramente una de las traductora más notables y versátiles de las primeras décadas del siglo XX. Poeta, novelista, antóloga, historiadora de mujeres, su nombre ha sido borrado de la historia de la traducción y menospreciado por la literatura hispanoamericana. Este trabajo se centra en una faceta poco conocida y valorada de la autora de La muñeca para así contribuir a la historiografía feminista de la traducción.
