Consisting mainly of papers and the valuable contributions of 20 colleagues, it was completed before the death of McCulloch's wife in the early 1990s and has not been distributed because of financial failure of the publishers. Also discusses the importance of the collection and provides a list of its contents in an Appendix to the report.
