Авторы делают попытку дать криминологическую оценку современным экстремистским и террористическим проявлениям в молодёжной и студенческой среде. На основании проведённого исследования и анализа статистических данных предлагаются конкретные меры по минимизации экстремистских и террористических проявлений в молодёжной среде.
