VISUALIZATION OF POTENTIALLY DESTRUCTIVE CORPORATE BEHAVIOR THROUGH CARICATURE ILLUSTRATIONS

The article presents a methodologically sound approach to identifying transformations of destructive corporate behavior using a visualization method based on cartoon illustrations. Drawing on theoretical foundations from organizational psychology, group dynamics, and the study of deviant corporative behavior, the research explores how visual typologies can effectively depict harmful interpersonal patterns in workplace settings. In a three-phase study involving students, human resources professionals, and experienced professionals, a series of illustrations representing 40 different behavioral types. A total of 167 participants took part in the study. Recognition accuracy significantly exceeded chance, confirming the diagnostic value of the images. The method proved effective not only for training HR professionals and managers, but also for enhancing self-reflection among employees. The study highlights the practical relevance of visual metaphors for professional development, conflict prevention, and communication improvement in organizational contexts. The findings support the integration of caricature-based tools into HR practices, psychological consulting, and remote assessment technologies
