View through CrossRef
Aphis glycines were collected in primary grain crop production region of Hei long jiang province in 2010.The resistance of Aphis glycines to ten commonly used insecticides was tested by immension method. The LC50 and relative toxicity ratio of Aphis glycines were gotten. it could be used as a reference for resistance monitoring or other related researches. The results showed that Aphis glycines had light resistance to organophosphorus pesticide, and it was sensitive to avermectins and cypermethrin.
