This paper explores how internal organizational consulting methods can be leveraged to optimize the onboarding process and promote long-term employee retention. It begins by introducing the concepts of internal organizational consulting and employee retention, emphasizing their strategic importance in modern organizations. The study highlights the value of 360-degree feedback as a tool for integrating new employees into onboarding programs, as well as the role of mentoring and coaching in providing individualized support. Additionally, it advocates for conducting employee surveys to gain insights into onboarding experiences and identify areas for improvement.
