Granuloma annulare (GA) is a benign skin granulomatous, with, usually,
unknown cause. Few challenging cases of GA have been reported in the
literature mimicking sarcoidosis. We describe a rare clinical
presentation of GA mimicking cutaneous sarcoidosis.
